Generation Leap In 'Shakti'; Ex 'Splitsvilla' Contestant Simba Nagpal Bags Lead Role In The Show?

Simba Nagpal, seen in 'MTV Splitsvilla 11' & 'MTV Raodies Real Heroes', to make his fiction debut with Rubina Dilaik's popular Colors show 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki'!

'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki', featuring Rubina Dilaik in the lead role of a transgender 'Saumya', went on-air in 2016 and the 'Colors' daily soap is still one of the most-loved shows on TV currently. Even after completing three years in May this year, 'Shakti' is still fetching good numbers for the channel and the makers are trying to make the show more entertaining for the viewers by introducing interesting twists. After lead actor Vivian Dsena aka Harman's exit, the makers were planning to introduce a generation leap however later they dropped the idea.

Now latest buzz suggests that 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki' makers are re-thinking about their decision and the show might take a leap soon. Wedding Date Out! 'Shakti' Actress Kamya Panjabi To Get MARRIED To Shalabh Dang According to an entertainment portal, 'Shakti' makers have finalised an ex 'Splitsvilla' contestant to play lead role in the show post generation leap and he's none other than Simba Nagpal.

Revealing the same, the Tellychakkar report states that, "Simba Nagpal, who is seen in shows such as MTV Splitsvilla and MTV Roadies has been roped in to play the male lead post the leap." Man Stalks Ex-Splitsvilla Contestant Harshita Kashyap; Gets Arrested Simba, Rubina as well as 'Shakti' makers are yet to react on the same. Seems like, 'Shakti' fans have to wait a little longer to know if the leap rumours are true or not. Also, it'll be interesting to see if Rubina will continue with the show post leap (in case it happens) or not.

On the career front, Simba Nagpal made his TV debut as a contestant in popular reality show 'MTV Splitsvilla 11' in which Shruti Sinha & Gaurav Alugh were declared as the winners. He was later seen in 'MTV Roadies Real Heroes'. If the news of his entry in 'Shakti' turns out to be true then the Colors show will mark her entry in the fiction space.
