New Delhi: Colors TV’s popular show ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ starring Rubina Dilaik and Vivian Dsena is all set to churn out an interesting track for the viewers. We had earlier informed you that ‘Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke’ actress and former Bigg Boss 9 contestant Roopal Tyagi will enter the show. As per the latest buzz, popular TV and Bollywood actor Ronit Roy will soon join the social drama. Rohit is still fondly known for his role of Mr Bajaj in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ and Mihir Virani in ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’.
Interestingly, Ronit’s younger brother Rohit Roy played the role of Vikram Bhalla in ‘Shakti’ and his track has wrapped up recently.
Ronit Roy will play the role of a lawyer, who will fight the case for Saumya (Rubina) and help her adopt her sister Surbhi’s son legally. For the uninitiated, the ‘Student of the Year’ actor has essayed the character of a lawyer in his hit show ‘Adalat’. Ronit, while talking to a leading daily, confirmed that his track in the show will last for three months. His character will be named Rajat Singh “I have been away from TV, as I am busy with other mediums, including films. My track in Shakti will last for three months, which is why I took it up. Besides, the character is interesting, too. He has his reasons for the way he is and has a dark side,” the ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar’ actor told Times of India. On the professional front, Rohit was recently seen in ALT Balaji’s web series ‘Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain 2’. The actor also has Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Shamshera’ and ‘Arjun Patiala’ in his kitty.
