The show will be replaced by the second season of family drama 'Saath Nibhana Saathia'

Recently, TV producer Rajan Shahi confirmed that popular Star Plus show Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke will be going off-air soon. Soon after the news surfaced in media, fans expressed their disappointment over their favourite show coming to an end. And now here’s another disappointing news for fans, as despite of fans demanding makers to give an extension to the Shaheer Sheikh and Rhea Sharma starrer on social media, the channel has decided to pull the plug on the popular show and the last episode telecast date is also confirmed! OMG! Disappointed With ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ Going OFF-AIR, Fan Slits Wrist According to online portal SpotboyE, the show will telecast its last episode on October 17. And from October 19, Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 will take over the same slot. Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, which premiered last year in March, managed to win audiece's heart and also made an immediate entry into the TRP charts. But now sudden dip in the ratings made the channel to end the show. Meanwhile, ever since the news of show going off air has come out, fans have been demanding for its extension by trending #GiveYRHPKExtension. In-fact recently in a shocking incident, a die-hard fan of the show slit her wrist on learning about the show going off-air but now this piece of news will surely leave the fans heartbroken!
