TV actress Lavina Tandon, who was last seen in & TV's hit show 'Waaris' and is best remembered as Ruqaiya begum of Zee TV's hit show 'Jodha Akbar' has transformed into goddess Kali for her new show on Big Magic titled 'Chakradhari Ajaya Krishna'. Lavina Tandon is best remembered as Ruqaiya begum of Zee TV's hit show 'Jodha Akbar' The actress has been roped in to play Goddess Kaali in the show that is produced by FilmFarm India. Lavina Tandon earlier played Kaali on 'Naagin' Interestingly it's not the first time that the actress will portray the role of Kaali, as Lavina has earlier played the role of goddess Kali in the Colors’ supernatural Naagin. Lavina's look from 'Chakradhari Ajaya Krishna' Talking to an entertainment portal about her role, Lavina says: “It is indeed a herculean task to play Kaali especially because I am very fair. So it took nearly two hours for the make-up person to make me black. Lavina Tandon[PIC CREDIT: Instagram]Since I have played Kaali for Naagin, I was in the groove of the character. Playing Kaali can get physically tiring as one needs to deliver heavy dialogues, wear the heavy attire, and also look aggressive in nature. Kaali initially needs to show her ferocious self, and later needs to mellow down on listening to Krishna’s advice.
