Patiala Babes: THIS 'Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki' Actress To Play Neil’s Estranged Wife

Actress Amrita Prakash, who was last seen as Vivian Dsena's childhood friend in 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki', is confirmed to play Sourabh Raaj Jain's estranged wife in 'Patiala Babes' also featuring Ashnoor Kaur.

New Delhi: Sony TV's 'Patiala Babes', featuring Ashnoor Kaur & Sourabh Raaj Jain in lead roles of 'Mini' & 'Neil', is one of the most-loved shows on small-screen currently. The show begun in November 2018 and is fetching a good response from viewers since then. While 'Patiala Babes' continues getting positive feedback for its progressive story line and amazing performances, the makers are set to introduce a new twist in Mini & Neil's story to make the show more interesting for viewers. Soon, Neil's estranged wife will enter 'Patiala Babes' & actress Amrita Prakash has been roped in for the role.
The talented actress, who was last seen as Harman's (Vivian Dsena) childhood friend 'Jasleen' in Colors TV's hit show 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki', will be seen be seen playing the role of 'Isha' who was earlier married to Neil (Sourabh Raaj Jain' and the actress is super-excited for her role. Kasautii Zindagii Kay: THIS Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki Actress To Play Anurag & Prerna's Daughter After 'Shakti', the actress will be making her TV comeback with 'Patiala Babes' after a gap of seven months. Speaking about the same, Amrita informed a leading daily that, "I haven't really got a chance to take a break post Shakti ... because of my other work commitments. However, I did travel for a month, which I do after every television stint. It helps me to replenish my energies. Interestingly, when it was time to actually take a break, Patiala Babes came my way."
On being asked if she was apprehensive about joining another show mid-way, Amrita further told TOI, "Not at all. I like to pick up guest appearances because they make for the most strong-willed and interesting characters. The story revolves around my character and even the exit is impactful." The news will surely make the actress' fans happy. For the uninitiated, Amrita Prakash started her career as a child-artist and has featured in various films as well as TV shows.
