Bigg Boss 11 fame couple Puneesh Sharma and Bandgi Kalra have been approached for Nach Baliye 9.

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will produce the ninth season of popular dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye 8’. The last season of the show was won by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actress Divyanka Tripathi and her hubby Vivek Dahiya. The makers of the show have added a new twist in the new season. Former couples will compete against real life jodis on the dance floor in ‘Nach Baliye 9’. We are talking about Puneesh Sharma and Bandgi Kalra. Puneesh and Bandgi participated in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 11’ and they grabbed several eyeballs, all thanks to their romance and chemistry. They were seen getting intimate several times throughout ‘BB 11’, setting several tongues wagging.

A report in an entertainment portal has now suggested that Puneesh and Bandgi have been approached for ‘Nach Baliye 9’. It is being said that the two lovebirds have given their nod of approval and we will see them shake a leg together. ‘’Puneesh and Bandgi are known for adding spice to the drama, a testimony to it is their performance in Bigg Boss 11. Hence, the makers are counting on the duo to keep the audiences hooked with their sassiness in Nach Baliye as well. The two were approached recently and have given their nod for the same. If all is well, the duo will be joining the names of other contestants on the show,’’ a source told Pinkvilla. When the portal contacted Bandgi, she squashed the rumours and said that they are not doing ‘Nach Baliye 8’. She confirmed that she was approached for the show but added that the concept required a jodi to be either married or an ex-couple.

Talking about ‘Nach Baliye 9’, Star Plus has unveiled the first introductory promo featuring original Komolika from ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ aka Urvashi Dholakia. The 'Bigg Boss 6' winner will participate in the show along with ex-beau Anuj Sachdeva. Madhurima Tuli & ex-boyfriend Vishal Aditya Singh and Aly Goni-Natasha Stankovic  are the two other ex-couples, who will groove together. 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' actress Anita Hassanandani & hubby Rohit Reddy and Gautam Rode & Pankhuri Awasthy have been confirmed to be a part of ‘Nach Baliye 9’. Some of the other jodis, which are rumoured to be part of the show include, Prince Narula & Yuvika Chaudhary and Rochelle Maria Rao & husband Keith Sequeira.
