Apparently, Hina sprained her neck while doing some extensive workout. She posted a picture of the same on Instagram, wherein she is seen wearing the cervical collar. The actress stated that she had to skip her work out owing to her ailment. And if new reports are to be believed, Ishq Mein Marjawan actor Aalisha Panwar might soon be the new Komolika. Hina became a household name with the portrayal of ideal daughter-in-law Akshara in Star Plus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for 8 years.
