New Delhi: Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has become one of the most popular shows in recent times. The romantic saga starring Parth Samthaan, Erica Fernandes and Hina Khan is not only creating buzz on social but also topping the TRP charts. The current track of the show has managed to keep the viewers hooked on to their television sets. Hina Khan, who plays the role of Komolika in ‘Kasautii 2’, has shot for her last episode. The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress, who is currently making waves at Cannes Film Festival 2019, has taken break from the show to focus on other work commitments. Speculations were rife that Karan Wahi would play the role of new Mr. Rishabh Bajaj in the reboot version of ‘Kasautii’. However, as per the latest buzz, Karan Singh Grover has bagged the coveted role in the show. (Shweta Tiwari & Ronit Bose Roy in original Kasautii Zindagii Kay as Mr. Bajaj and Prerna) Several names including Siddharth Shukla, Iqbal Khan and Hiten Tejwani were in contention to play the role in ‘Kasautii 2’. Now, a report in an entertainment portal has suggested that Ekta Kapoor even approached two Bollywood actors to play the part. Yes, you read that right. The TV Czarina approached Arjun Rampal and Milind Soman to play the role of Mr Bajaj in ‘Kasautii 2’, the report in SpotboyE said. However, things couldn’t materialize.
