Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Gauahar Khan To REPLACE Hina Khan As NEW Komolika?

'Bigg Boss 7' winner Gauahar Khan has been reportedly locked in to play new Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.

New Delhi: Ekta Kapoor’s reboot version of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ has managed to win the hearts of the viewers. The romantic saga starring Erica Fernandes, Parth Samthaan and Karan Singh Grover is doing quite well in terms of TRPs. Hina Khan, who played the role of Komolika, left the show to focus on her other work commitments. Gossip mills have been buzzing with the rumours that Jasmin Bhasin, Gauahar Khan and Karishma Tanna are in contention to replace Hina Khan as the new Komolika. Jasmin, who was last seen in ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’, refuted all the rumours. A report in an entertainment portal has suggested that the makers of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ are keen to rope in Gauhar Khan as the new Komolika. The ‘Bigg Boss 7’ winner reportedly gave a look test for the character and the makers seemed to be convinced. "The makers are very keen on having Gauahar on-board to play Komolika on the show. Gauahar even gave the look test and has been in constant talks with the production house. The makers seem convinced and are insisting on having Khan as the new Komolika, but Gauahar is in a dilemma given that she has other web series and projects in hand. However, final talks and modalities are yet to be discussed," the report in Pinkvilla said. (Source- Instagram) On the professional front, Gauahar Khan was last seen in Hotstar’s ‘The Office’. The web series is the Indian adaptation of the hit BBC series of the same name.
