KASAM TERE PYAR KI to take LEAP and Smriti Khanna to LEAVE the show

New Delhi: Colors TV show ‘Kasam Tere Pyar ki’ is gearing up for a huge leap in the show. With many twists and turns, show is entertaining the audience. As every drama in high on leap trend, this ‘Balaji Telefilms’ show is no exception to it. There are reports that very soon, story of the show will move few years ahead. According to news in leading entertainment portal, “The serial will soon take a leap of five years and introduce a new exciting plot. The leap is expected to happen in the coming week.” The source of the portal also said that with this development, Smriti Khanna, who is seen as Malaika will mark her exit from the soap soon. Further source added, “The serial has been treading on similar lines for a long time. To add more drama, the makers have decided on a very intriguing plot next. Two kids will be introduced with a suspense surrounding on their parentage. As for Smriti, she felt that her character will not have much to do post leap and thus mutually decided to part ways." Well, on a related note, Malaika aka Smriti Khanna has just got engaged to her ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’ co-actor Gautam Gupta. Couple is madly in love with each other.
