'Balika Vadhu' Actor Avinash Mukherjee's Comeback Show Ends Abruptly After 2 Weeks Of His Entry!

Kinshuk Vaidya & Pranali Rathod's 'Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki', which recently saw the entry of Avinash Mukherjee, is bidding goddbye to the views after a run of two months.

Actor Avinash Mukherjee, who made became a household name after playing the role of young 'Jagdish' in Colors' path-breaking show 'Balika Vadhu' opposite Avika Gor, recently made his comeback after four years with &TV’s recently launched show ‘Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki’ featuring Kinshuk Vaidya and Pranali Rathod in lead roles. The news made his fans happy but their happiness was short-lived as ‘Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki’ is reportedly going off-air abruptly in just two weeks after Avinash Mukherjee's entry.

Yes, you read that right! Confirming the same, Avinash Mukherjee told a leading daily that, "When the show couldn’t generate expected ratings, the makers approached me to play the new hero in a bid to up the numbers. The ratings did go up slightly, but now, they have suddenly decided to wrap it. I wish they had given the show some more time to strike a chord with the audience."

After a run of mere two months, the show is bidding adieu to the viewers. The last episode of 'Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki' will air tonight (26th August). He later went on to be a part of various shows including 'Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki' and 'Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar'. The actor was last seen in an episodic of Sony TV’s ‘Man Mein Hai Visshwas’ whereas his last full-fledged role was in ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar’, which featured Ronit Roy.
