ISHQBAAZ: This ‘Tashan-E-Ishq’ actress to enter the show as Anika's mother

New Delhi: Star Plus show Ishqbaaz is going to get melodramatic in the upcoming episodes with a new entry. This entry will be of none other than Anika’s mother. Excited? Well, popular TV actress Anjali Mukhi, who is known for her role in Zee TV show ‘Tashan-E-Ishq’ and Sony TV’s ‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste’ is going mark her entry in the show. According to news in an entertainment portal, “Her role will be that of Anika's (Surbhi Chandna) mother, Nayantara, a bar dancer who would have been called by Pinky to create probelms in Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika's lives. While Shivaay tries to send her away, Pinky doesn't let that happen because that's her only way to torment Anika.” While talking to the portal, actress said “"Yes, I will be entering the show and I ll play a bar dancer in Vidya Balan style. When I was first told that I have to play a bar dancer, I was in two minds but once I was explained the role I was up for it.”

Actress also said that she got a call saying that they would like to cast her in the show and she started shooting next day after knowing about her role.
