Confirmed: 'Ishq Mein Marjawan 2' To Go Off Air, Helly Shah Pens Emotional Post On Last Day Of Shoot
Helly Shah shared an emotional post as she wrapped up the shoot of 'Ishq Mein Marjawan 2'.
Mumbai: Popular show ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan 2’, which has been entertaining the viewers on VOOT, will soon go off air. The romantic thriller starring Helly Shah and Rrahul Sudhir will bid adieu to the fans after a successful run of 250 episodes.
Helly Shah, who plays the role if Riddhima in ‘IMMJ 2’, shared a heartfelt post to thank the fans for their love and support. She also expressed gratitude towards the channel, makers and co-stars in her Instagram post.
The ‘Swaragini’ actress shared a video from the last day of shoot on social media wherein the entire cast and crew can be seen posing together.
“And it’s a wrap to this beautiful journey. I want to start by Thanking our amazing Producers @mamtayashpatnaik @yashpatnaikofficial for being the best and always making sure everything is perfect for their team be it shooting last year post lockdown or the longest outdoors that we just finished,” Helly wrote.
The ‘Sufiyana Pyaar Mera’ star thanked the viewers for giving positive feedback and reminded them to watch the remaining episodes on VOOT select.
“Thank you to our viewers and fans all across the globe for being so kind and showering so much love . You all are LOVE. Having said that , Don’t forget to catch the upcoming exciting episodes. Thank you,” she added.
‘Ishq Mein Marjawan 2’, which premiered on Colors channel in July 2020, was shifted to VOOT in March 2021. The show went off air from the Viacom 18-owned GEC due to low trps.
The makers rechristened the show as ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan 2: Naya Safar’ when it shifted to OTT. The series also featured Vishal Vashishtha, Ankit Siwach, Manasvi Vashisht and Meenakshi Sethi in key roles.
The first season of ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ stared Arjun Bijlani, Aalisha Panwar and Nia Sharma in lead roles. The show aired over 450 episodes and went on to become one of the most popular thrillers in the history of Indian television.
