Ekta Kapoor shared the first television scene of Sushant Singh Rajput from his debut show 'Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil'.

New Delhi: It’s hard to believe that a talented artist like Sushant Singh Rajput is no more with us. The ‘Raabta’ actor, who made a successful transition from TV to cinema, left for his heavenly abode on June 14. Sushant became a household name after playing the role of Manav opposite Ankita Lokhande in Zee TV’s ‘Pavitra Rishta’. The show broke several TRP records and successfully completed over 1000 episodes. Before winning hearts as Manav, Sushant made his small screen debut with Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil’. The show starred Aditya Chopda and Additi Gupta in lead roles. SSR played Aditya’s on-screen brother Prem in the popular Star Plus daily. The show’s producer Ekta Kapoor went down the memory lane and shared Sushant’s first scene from his debut TV show on social media. The TV Czarina posted the video along with a heartfelt caption. “Lots of people were asking me about Sushant’s first scene... this was the first scene we shot with him. This was his 1st scene on Television which went on-air in a show called ‘Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil’. He was the 2nd lead in that show, but we knew he was meant for greater things and he went and did just that. Lots of love, peace and prayers for this beautiful, beautiful piece of light and a shining soul,” Ekta wrote. Sushant can be seen resting on a car in his introductory scene in ‘Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil’. Check out the video!

Krsytle D’Souza, who also part of ‘KDMHMD’, dropped a comment on the post. She wrote, “My preet bhahiya.” On his first month death anniversary, Ekta posted a collage picture with Sushant on her Instagram handle. She wrote, “Rest In Peace sushi!!!! We will smile and make a wish when we see a shooting star and know it’s u!!!! Love u forever!!”

Talking about Sushant’s case, the CBI has registered an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her family members, Shruti Modi, Samuel Miranda under various sections of the IPC. Rhea Chakraborty appeared at the Enforcement Directorate office in Mumbai on Friday (August 7), for questioning in connection with the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor’s case. She was accompanied by her brother Showik Chakraborty. Watch this space for more updates!
