New Delhi: Divyanka Tripathi is the recent one to join the bandwagon of performing in a music video. Her recent avatar as a gorgeous Punjabi bride in her debut music video has left netizens highly impressed. Tripathi has collaborated with Meet Bros and Asees Kaur for their new Punjabi song, ‘Babul Da Vehda’.

The teaser was shared on Meet Bros YouTube channel. The first look indicates that this can be an emotional song. The music video shows Tripathi’s character getting married, leaving her house and everyone around getting disheartened. Her tale is narrated through the soulful music. It is the first time that the ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actress has portrayed such a character.

Sung by Asees Kaur and track music by Meet Bros, the lyrics of ‘Babul Da Vehda’ have been penned down by Kumaar. These popular artists have proven their talent time and again by producing magic. The full music video will release on January 5, 2022.

Tripathi took to her Instagram to break the news, she posted the teaser on account and captioned it- “Here's a glimpse from my debut music video #BabulDaVehda sung by @aseeskaurmusic and composed by @meetbrosofficial.” Her fans were all in praises for her exciting choice of work.

Divyanka Tripathi rose to fame as the face of Star Plus’ popular daily soap ‘Ye Hai Mohabbatein’. She was even seen in celebrity dance reality show ‘Nach Balliye’ along with her husband Vivek Dahiya. Tripathi even explored the OTT space with Zee5’s ‘Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala’.
