New Delhi: Star Plus’ popular show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ has been entertaining the viewers with its drama-packed episodes since December 3, 2013. The show starring Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel has completed over 1700 episodes and is still going strong. Gossip mills have been buzzing with the rumours that the show will soon bid adieu to the fans. It was said that YHM might go off air soon. However, the actors didn’t confirm the development.
As per the latest buzz, the show will finally go off air in June. A report in a leading daily has suggested that Star Plus will pull the plug on ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ in June.
Krishna Mukherjee, who plays the role of Aliya in the show, confirmed the rumours of YHM going off air in June.
"Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is going off air in the month of June," the actress told Times Of India.
The actress said that she had no idea why the show is going off air as it still fetches decent TRPs. "I don't know why the show is going off the air, as it has good TRP ratings. It becomes difficult to leave a show and move on as everyone is a family here. Will miss everyone for sure,” Krishna told TOI. Krishna will soon enter Surbhi Jyoti and Pearl V Puri starrer 'Naagin 3' as Tamsee.View this post on Instagram
