'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya' fame Devoleena Bhattacharjee has announced the name of her newborn baby boy.
New Delhi: Television actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee is thrilled to be a mother. After first sharing the news of her baby boy's birth on December 18, 2024, the ‘Saath Nibhaana Saathiya’ actress has finally disclosed his name. Along with the heartwarming news, Devoleena shared a picture of her gorgeous family.
On January 27, Devoleena and Shanawaz Sheikh took to Instagram to announce the name of their son. They wrote, “Thrilled to announce the arrival of our bundle of joy, our baby boy. 18.12.2024. Elated parents, Devoleena & Shanawaz.” The text was accompanied by an evil eye and a red heart emoji.

In the pictures, Devoleena was dressed in a red printed saree. With radiant makeup and silver jhumkas, the actress completed her look. The post captured the new parents' joy.
Devoleena has previously talked about how she juggles her work and pregnancy responsibilities. In an interview with IANS, she shared, “Even though I'm pregnant, I've continued shooting so that my audience can keep watching me on screen, and I can continue entertaining them. However, I have to be very careful on set, especially when climbing stairs. I often need assistance because while working, it's equally important to take care of myself.”
Devoleena Bhattacharjee’s Marriage
Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shanawaz Shaikh got married in December 2022 at an intimate court wedding in Lonavala attended by close friends. The actor's choice to marry outside of her religion, however, drew criticism from online trolls.
The actress joyfully announced her pregnancy in August 2023. The happy couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on December 18, 2024.
