New Delhi: Television couple Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel have parted ways after two years of dating. Upen confirmed the break-up in a Twitter post."Me and Karishma have both agreed to part ways. They got engaged last year, when Upen, 33, proposed to the actress on dance show "Nach Baliye 7", where they were participants.
