Bigg Boss Narrator Vijay Vikram Singh Gets Threat From Rajat Dalal Fans: ‘I Am Not Bigg Boss’

Vijay Vikram Singh, known for narrating the popular reality TV show Bigg Boss, has recently been receiving death threats and online abuse.

Vijay Vikram Singh, known for narrating the popular reality TV show Bigg Boss, has recently been receiving death threats and online abuse. The backlash has come after some fans of the show, particularly those of fitness influencer Rajat Dalal, mistakenly believed that Singh is the voice of Bigg Boss himself.

Vijay Vikram Singh, the narrator of Bigg Boss 18, gets death threats

The controversy began during the Bigg Boss 18 finale, where Karan Veer Mehra triumphed over Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal to take the title of the season. While Mehra’s victory was celebrated, Dalal’s third-place eviction sparked widespread outrage among fans. Many took to social media to express their anger, accusing the show’s producers of manipulating the results. This led to an unexpected wave of criticism directed at Singh, with some online users mistakenly blaming him for Dalal’s eviction.

The situation escalated when fans of Dalal began attacking Singh personally. On one of his recent social media posts, Vijay shared that he had been subjected to vicious comments, including threats to his life and offensive remarks about his family. “You did wrong with Rajat Dalal; your family and kids will never be happy," a comment read. This prompted Singh to disable the comments section on his post to avoid further abuse.

When Vijay explained that he is not involved in decision making

In December 2024, Vijay had shared a video where he explained his role on the show. He clarified that he is not involved in the decision-making processes of Bigg Boss and is only responsible for narrating the tasks and timings for the audience. “Please stop abusing me in the comments and messages. I am just the narrator, not the voice of Bigg Boss,” he urged, emphasizing his lack of involvement in the show’s key decisions. Despite this, Singh continued to face harassment, particularly after the eviction of Digvijay Rathee, prompting him to release another video message asking fans to stop sending hateful messages.
