Bigg Boss 18 Winner Karan Veer Mehra And Sandiip Sikcand Take Dig At Vivian Dsena, Fans Call It ‘Never-Ending Obsession’

Bigg Boss 18: Karan Veer Mehra, Shilpa Shirodkar, and Chum Darang recently reunited for a get-together at producer Sandiip Sikcand’s house. A video from the night shows them taking a dig at Vivian DSena.

The latest season of Bigg Boss 18 may have ended, but the drama continues off-screen. Contestants Karan Veer Mehra, Shilpa Shirodkar, and Chum Darang recently reunited for a get-together at producer Sandiip Sikcand’s house. Photos and videos from the party quickly made rounds on social media, capturing the fun-filled evening. However, one particular video caught everyone's attention, as it appeared to throw indirect shade at fellow contestant Vivian DSena.

In a widely shared clip, Sandiip can be heard making a statement that seemed like a subtle dig. He said, “This is our party, and we have also not invited a few people. Because this is not a sponsored party, this is a proper party. And I want to go on and on about it.” Karan Veer Mehra then joined in, adding, “Aur main iska 20 saal purana dost hu.” (I have been his friend for 20 years). Interestingly, this statement referenced to much-talked about 12-year friendship between Vivian and Karanveer Mehra.

Along with the video, Sandiip captioned the post: “Yes! I am gonna go on and on about this! So deal with it. A game ENDS but LIFE goes on… don’t make your life all about a game & DON’T make a game your life! Love and happiness to all – love, love, and more love. Thanks @karanveermehra @shilpashirodkar73 @chum_darang, you guys are the STARS of the nation right now. It’s a huge responsibility, the love you guys are getting…”

The backstory: Vivian Dsena’s party & missing guests

The video surfaced shortly after Vivian DSena hosted his own celebratory gathering, inviting Bigg Boss 18 alumni like Avinash Mishra and Eisha Singh. However, Karan Veer Mehra, Shilpa Shirodkar, and Chum Darang were noticeably absent from the guest list.

When questioned about their exclusion, Vivian’s wife, Nouran Aly, clarified, “I’m the one who was inviting, it was a surprise party, I will invite the ones who didn’t hurt us, that’s all.”

Netizens react

Despite Sandiip limiting the comments on his video, netizens found other platforms to voice their opinions. Many criticised the group for continuing to take digs at Vivian even after the show had ended. One user commented, “They are still not getting over with Vivian.” Another added, “Ab tum logon ko koi sponsor nai kar raha...isme kya galti hai...happy that Karan won..but these guys are still not over it..Vivian remained a class in the house and is a class outside also..he didn’t say anything to these guys..inka Bigg Boss abhi tak khatam nai hua.” Another wrote, “The never-ending obsession with Vivian!! Oh my God.”

A user expressed disappointment, stating, “This is very embarrassing to see. Imagine being Karan’s fan, feeling so pity for them.” Someone else quipped, “Ghar ke andar Vivian. Ghar ke bahar Vivian.” Another user remarked, “@VivianDsena01 ke bagair na inki koi importance tab thi na aaj hain.”

One more comment read, “Are inka obsession khatam hi nhi ho raha hai Vivian se... Vivian ki ek party ne kya kya kar diya, maja aa raha hai inki jalan dekh kar.”

While Karanveer Mehra won Bigg Boss 18, Vivian Dsena was the first runner-up.
