The new season of the show is already making waves on social media, all thanks to the drama-packed episodes. The contestants of 'Bigg Boss 14' are leaving no stone unturned to impress the viewers and the 'Toofani Seniors'- Hina Khan, Sidharth Shukla and Gauahar Khan. While the trio of Hina, Gauahar and Sidharth is ruling the show, the likes of Nikki Tamboli, Rubina Dilaik and Eijaz Khan have managed to steal the limelight from others. Popular TV actress Rubina, fondly known for playing the role of Saumya in 'Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehaas Ki', is the only contestant in the show, who is yet to be 'selected'. When 'Bigg Boss' asked her husband Abhinav Shukla if he would give up his immunity to secure a place for his wife, the 'Silsila' actor said no. It seems Rubina will have to stay in the garden area for some time.

We had earlier informed you that Naina Singh, Shardul Pandit, Pratik Sehjapal and Rashmi Gupta will enter the 'BB 14' house as wild card contestants. If a recent grapevine is to be believed, Rubina Dilaik's ex-boyfriend Avinash Sachev has been approached to enter as a wild card contestant. Yes, you read that right! According to a report in an entertainment portal, the makers have approached Avinash for 'Bigg Boss 14'. The 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon-Ek Baar Phir' actor, while talking to Pinkvilla, denied the rumours. However, sources told the portal that 'offer has definitely been made' to Sachev.

For the uninitiated, Avinash and Rubina played the lead roles in ‘Chotti Bahu – Sindoor Bin Suhagan’ and ‘Chhoti Bahu - Sawar Ke Rang Rachi’. They parted ways after dating each other for several years. Avinash married his ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon-Ek Baar Phir’ co-star and on-screen bhabhi Shalmalee Desai in 2015. The ex couple separated in 2017 and was granted divorced in 2018. The 'Qubool Hai' actor is currently dating Palak Purswani, with whom he participated in 'Nach Baliye 9'.

Talking about Rubina, she tied the knot with Abhinav in June 2018 in Himachal Pradesh. The couple is currently winning hearts with their stint inside the 'BB 14' house. It remains to be seen if Avinash will make an entry in the show or not. Stay tuned for more updates!
