'My Brother Will Be My Shield': Nikki Tamboli Shares Emotional Post, Confirms Participation In 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 11'
Nikki Tamboli penned a heartfelt post before leaving for Cape Town to commence shooting for 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 11'.
New Delhi: Nikki Tamboli, who became a household name after participating in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 14’, is all set to face dare-devil stunts in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’. The Marathi Mulgi shared an emotional post to mourn her brother’s demise and confirm her participation in ‘KKK 11’. She said that she has to honour her work commitments despite the crisis in her personal life.
The ‘Bigg Boss 2020’ second runner-up flaunted her ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’ jacket while striking a pose for the camera. She revealed that she had discussed about 'KKK 11' with her brother when he was admitted in the hospital. She added that her brother was quite excited to know about the show.
"I am at that stage of my life right now where I have my family who is struggling hard to overcome the loss on one hand and where I have my work commitments..where I am at the peak of my career on the other, and if I have to choose between this there’s no other option my family comes always first but my family my parents my dad always told me to go live your dreams go achieve it because trust me your brother will be the most happiest watching you fulfill your dreams. I remember before my brother was admitted in hospital we had discussed khatron Ke khiladi & he was very excited and happy about it," Nikki wrote.
She got emotional while penning her thoughts on Instagram. Tamboli further added, "I am choosing khatron ke khiladi because of my work commitment and I have always been loyal to my work because it has given me everything. @colorstv @endemolshineind has been a backbone where I am today is because of them. I know in my heart what my family means to me. I have been portraying myself to be strong in front of people but I know where I stand in my life & my family knows what I am going through, but as it’s said The Show Must Go On.”
The talented actress said that her broter would become her 'shield'.

Nikki's brother Jatin Tamboli passed away due to COVID-19 related complications. She had organised a puja ceremony for the well-being of her brother. Tamboli shared her brother's health issues in a long post on social media.
Talking about the new season of 'Khatron Ke Khiladi', the show will also feature Arjun Bijlani, Sourabh Raaj Jain, Divyanka Tripathi, Anushka Sen, Varun Sood, Abhinav Shukla and Rahul Vaidya. Abhinav and Rahul were part of 'Bigg Boss 2020'. It would be interesting to see the 'BB 14' contestants compete against each other in 'KKK 11'.
