Bigg Boss Season 14: According to a recent report, Colors TV will axe two of its shows to make way for Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 2020'.

New Delhi: Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 14’ has become the talk of the town ever since the makers released the first promo. Ardent fans of the show are excited to know which celebs will get locked inside the ‘BB 14’ house’. The makers have started approaching popular TV stars for the new season of ‘Bigg Boss’. Speculations are rife that the likes of Nia Sharma, Jasmin Bhasin, Vivian Dsena, Akanksha Puri have been approached to feature in the show. Last year, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ aired at 10:30pm slot on Colors channel. Gossip mills are buzzing with the rumours that the new season will beam at 10pm slot. Yes, you read that right. According to a report in an entertainment portal, ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’ will go off air soon. The show starring Riya Shukla and Puneet Chouksey was launched earlier this year at 9:30pm slot but was later shifted to 10pm to make space for ‘Pinjra Khoobsurti Ka’. The daily soap managed to rake in decent TRPs but saw a dip in its ratings post the lockdown phase. The report in the portal said that ‘Naati Pinky’ will air its last episode on September 4. ‘Bigg Boss 2020’ is expected to take the 10-11pm slot on Colors TV. “It’s just rumours which have been going on for a long time,” show’s producer Mautik Tolia told IWBuzz.

Another show on the channel is rumoured to face the axe. We are talking about ‘Pavitra Bhagya’. The show starring Aneri Vajani and Kunal Jaisingh failed to impress the viewers and couldn’t grab eyeballs.

The last season of ‘Bigg Boss’ managed to set the TRP charts on fire and makers are hoping to re-create the magic again. TV’s heartthrob Sidharth Shukla lifted the winner’s trophy of ‘BB 13’. The other finalists were Asim Riaz, Shehnaaz Gill, Rashami Desai and Arti Singh. Watch this space for more updates!
