Beyhadh 2: Ashish Chowdhry Hits The Gym To Prep For His Role Of The Father To Shivin Narang In Season 2 Of Jennifer Winget's Show

'Dhamaal' actor Ashish Chowdhry will done the salt and pepper look playing the role of a mature married man with a kid who Jennifer Winget's charactor 'Maya' falls in love with and later to seek revenge goes after his son, in Beyhadh 2

Jennifer Winget starring Sony TV show 'Beyhadh' is returning with the 2nd season soon and while Kushal Tandon played the male lead in Season-1, Ashish Chowdhry and Shivin Narang will be seen as male leads opposite Jenny in 'Beyhadh 2'. Jennifer played 'Maya' in 'Beyhadh' who was obsessed with 'Arjun'(Kushal) and she turned evil with the story progressing, also ending up killing people including few family members. The evil 'Maya' will return with a brand new revenge story that will revolve around a woman(played by her), her lover(Ashish Chowdhry) who's married with a son and the son(Shivin) who she uses to seek her revenge later. Yes, Jennifer is reportedly going to romance both Ashish and Shivin on the show. While 'Veera' fame Shivin Narang is thrilled to be part of the show, the 'Dhamaal' fame Bollywood actor Ashish, last seen in 'Dev', has no qualms in playing father to the former donning salt and pepper look either. The actors have begun their preparations for the show that will reportedly premiere in November. Jennifer recently posted pictures from the rehearsal of her aerial act she will perform for the promo of the show. And now Ashish Chowdhry shares his prep pictures swearing it out in the gym. Ashish posing at the gym, captioned his picture with also an intriguing message - "The ‘before’ face. (And body!????) #prepbegins #beyhadh2 ????????" The 'before' has set his fans speculating about what it refers to.. One fan asks "are you going to muscle down?" for the role.

Interesting to know here is that Ashish is going to play a young father first and then age during the show. So we believe that's the preparation for his younger version role. Speaking about his character of a mature man and a father on the show, Ashish Chowdhry told TOI: "I have no qualms about ageing on screen. I will play a cupboard if it is challenging enough. Many actors have played fathers to co-stars their age, and been appreciated for it. On TV, I have the liberty to be selective, which isn’t the case with films. I was stuck in the comic zone and felt stagnated, but I can explore various shades on the small screen." Jennifer on the other hand is preparing for the first promo of the show and she posted pictures from the rehearsals of her aerial act for the same. She captioned the pics- "She’s crossing all boundaries of crazy this time. Ready to get entangled in her “Maya”jaal? #Beyhadh2 #MayaAgain".

When I heard the story, it never felt even for a second that the narrative is driven by one character. It’s also about how well an actor performs to establish himself. I don’t do shows in which heroes don't contribute to the drama." Shivin also posted a picture posing at a beach after confirming to be part of 'Beyhadh 2', captioning it- "Storm within vs outside ???????? #beyhadh2 ????". Shivin reportedly turned down 'Bigg Boss 13' offer to be part of Jennifer's show.
