Arjun Bijlani Hospitalised After Severe Abdominal Pain, To Undergo ‘Emergency Surgery’
Popular television actor Arjun Bijlani is set to undergo surgery on Saturday following his hospitalisation due to severe abdominal pain.
New Delhi: Popular television actor Arjun Bijlani is set to undergo surgery on Saturday following his hospitalisation due to severe abdominal pain. The actor was notably absent from his show's set on Friday due to the intensity of the pain.
"I am admitted to the hospital due to severe stomach pain. I am right now going for an X-ray. The doctors are going to perform an emergency surgery tomorrow morning,” he was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.
Suffering from severe lower right abdominal pain, he was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai.
Arjun shared a picture from the hospital on his Instagram stories. The picture shows him on hospital bed with a closeup of his hand featuring a visible cannula. The caption read, "Jo hota hai ache ke liye hota hai (Whatever happens is for the good)." 
He also posted a video celebrating Shiv Ratri with the caption, "#mahashivratri ki dher saari shubhkamnaen (Best wishes)!! Wish me luck !! #omnamahshivaya."

Support and well-wishes poured in from fans, with one saying, "Always wishing the best for you. Pls, take care of yourself. Get well soon."
Another person commented, "May all happiness be yours, sir." "Take care. You will be fine very soon … come back soon out of surgery,” wrote another user.
Arjun currently features in Pyar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, alongside Nikki Sharma, Sanjay Swaraj, Nimisha Vakharia, Seema Pandey, and others.
His acting journey began with Balaji Telefilms' Kartika in 2004, and he has since been a part of various successful shows, including Left Right Left, Miley Jab Hum Tum, Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, Naagin, Kavach, Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, Ishq Mein Marjawan, Roohaniyat, among others.
Arjun has also hosted multiple reality shows like Dance Deewane, Dance Deewane 2, Kitchen Champion 5, India's Got Talent 9, and co-hosted Splitsvilla X4.
