Ekta Kapoor Reveals Sushant Singh Rajput Is Her ‘11:11 Wish’, Sara Says ‘You Gave Me All That I Have Today’; Celebs Remember SSR With Emotional Posts

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sushant Singh, who won a lot of hearts with his charming personality and acting skills, passed away last year on June 14. Though it has been a year of SSR’s passing away, his family, friends and fans are still not able to cope up with this loss. To mark his first death anniversary, many celebrities from both Bollywood and Television industry remembered the actor as they shared throwback memories with Sushant.
Ekta Kapoor, who gave Sushant his first break in the industry with ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil’, also shared some pictures with the ‘Chhichhore’ actor and wrote, “Wished on d stars with u… now I wish on a star knowing it’s u! #rememberingsushantsinghrajput”.
In her post, Ekta also disclosed that Sushant Singh Rajput is still her ’11:11 wish’ and remembered the ‘Kai Po Che!’ actor on his first death anniversary.
Sushant Singh Rajput became a household name in the country when he portrayed the lead role of ‘Manav Deshmukh’ in Ekta Kapoor’s TV serial ‘Pavitra Rishta’. He starred opposite Ankita Lokhande in the show.

His co-star from ‘Kedarnath’ Sara Ali Khan also shared an emotional note for Sushant. She wrote, “Whenever I needed help, advice or a laugh you were always there. You introduced me to the world of acting, made me believe that dreams could come true, and gave me all that I have today. Still can’t believe you’re gone. But every time I look at the stars, the rising sun or the moon I know you’re here. From Kedarnath to Andromeda”.
Sushant Singh Rajput was allegedly found hanging in his Bandra apartment. The investigation of his death case is currently being investigated by three Central agencies – CBI, ED and NCB.
