Chennai: The lady superstar of Tamil cinema, Nayanthara is having good times in her personal as well as in her professional life these days. The news has been revealed by strong sources that Nayan has been roped in for a leading role opposite Shah Rukh Khan for a Pan-India film.

When many actresses from the southern film industry die to work with SRK, isn’t that super news for Nayan and her fans? Yes, it is.

Director Atlee who has given Tamil blockbusters like 'Theri', 'Mersal' and 'Bigil' with Thalapaphy Vijay, will be helming the action thriller with King Khan and southern beauty Nayanthara.

According to Pinkvilla, the prep work for the film has already begun.

The entertainment and fashion news portal quoted, “Both Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan have been in conversation with Nayanthara for a while now and things have finally fallen in place. The actress has come on board the action thriller and the paperwork too has been done.  It’s a proper Pan-India film, and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to get the biggest names from all industries on board the film. It’s an out and out commercial film and everyone is excited to see SRK in this space after a long time."

Also, King Khan will be seen in a dual role in this film and the 'Bigil' actress will be playing his love interest. And sources confirm that Red Chillies Entrainment will be producing the untitled film.

Besides, Atlee and Nayanthara have worked together in 'Raja Rani' and 'Bigil' and fans can expect another super hit from this duo.

Apart from having a handful of good films, Nayanthara is also great in her real life as her relationship with director Vignesh Shivan is going strong and the report suggests that the wedding bells will be heard for the couple soon. Great going, Nayan! Wish you good luck!
