Saif Ali Khan's First Look From Bhoot Police Triggers Controversy; Here's How Netizens Reacted!
Soon after the first look of Saif Ali Khan from 'Bhoot Police' was revealed, it invoked controversy on Twitter.
Mumbai: The makers of ‘Bhoot Police’ revealed the first look of Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor from the movie earlier today. They also disclosed the names of their characters – Vibhooti and Chiraunji along with the posters.
Arjun Kapoor shared the first look of both the characters on his social media. While sharing Saif’s first look, the ‘Ek Villain Returns’ actor wrote, “Don't fear the paranormal and feel 'Saif' with VIBHOOTI.”

Arjun also shared his first look and wrote, “Unravel the mysterious door of supernatural powers with laughter! Meet CHIRAUNJI in #BhootPolice”.
However, soon after the first look of Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor was revealed, it invoked controversy on Twitter. Netizens started trending #Hindutva on the microblogging site as the use of ‘Hindu sadhus’ in the poster of ‘Bhoot Police’ has allegedly hurt the religious sentiments of some sections of people. People also started slamming Arjun Kapoor for his acting skills.

Meanwhile, other than Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandez will also be seen featuring in ‘Bhoot Police’ as female leads. Javed Jaffrey will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the movie.
‘Bhoot Police’, a horror-comedy, is all set to tickle the funny bones on Disney+Hotstar. The release date and the first look of Jacqueline, Yami and Javed have not been revealed yet.
