Saif Ali Khan To Star As Homi Jehangir Bhabha In Upcoming Biopic ‘Assassination Of Homi Bhabha’?

New Delhi: The Hindi film industry has given the audience some of the best biopics including ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’, ‘Mary Kom’, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ and many more. There are many biopics lined up for release in the upcoming days which includes ‘83’, ‘Thalaivi’, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and many more. Adding to the list is another biopic that will tell the story of scientist Homi Jehangir Bhabha.

Reportedly, Vikramjit Singh will direct the biopic on Homi Jengangir Baba and will be titled – ‘Assassination Of Homi Bhabha’. According to a report of Bollywood Life, Saif Ali Khan will portray the role of Homi Bhabha in the film which will be an attempt to cover the mysterious death of the nuclear physicist.

Saif Ali Khan is currently in Mumbai with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and children. Earlier this year, the couple got blessed with a baby boy.

The ‘Sacred Games’ actor was last seen in Amazon Prime Video’s controversial web series ‘Tandav’, where he played the role of the protagonist. The series also starred Dimple Kapadia, Gauahar Khan, Zeeshan Ayyub, Sunil Grover and others in pivotal roles.

Saif Ali Khan will be next seen starring alongside Yami Gautam, Arjun Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez in ‘Bhoot Police’. He has also been roped in for portraying the character of Lankesh in Prabhas starrer ‘Adipurush’. Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji will also be witnessed on-screen after a long gap in the upcoming movie ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’. This movie also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari in the lead roles.
