Producers Preeti Simoes and Neeti Simoes are all set to make their debut as producers on the OTT platform. Tamannah Bhatia and ace- comedian Sunil Grover have been roped in for the show.

New Delhi: Producers Preeti Simoes and Neeti Simoes, known for producing shows like The Kapil Sharma Show, Comedy Circus etc , Sunil Grover and Manish Paul's TV shows etc, are all set to make their debut as producers on the OTT platform.

The Simoes sisters will make a web series for Disney Plus Hotstar. As per the reports, Tamannah Bhatia and ace- comedian Sunil Grover have been roped in for the show.

Not much has been revealed about the title of the project but the shoot of the same has already begun. The web show is shot in Delhi and the genre of the web series is a thriller crime drama. The producers have roped in actress Tamannaah Bhatia for the first time, who will be playing a cop and will be seen leading the show on her own shoulders.

There are also reports that Sunil, who is known for his impeccable comic timings, will be seen as an antagonist on the show. After his successful stint in the Tandav series, it will be interesting to watch Sunil Grover in a negative avatar with Tamannah Bhatia.

We tried reaching out to the producers but couldn't get through, seems like they have decided to stay tight-lipped about this one till the project is all set to be announced officially!

It is to be noted that Preeti and Neeti Simoes have worked with Sunil Grover on multiple projects. The trio had quit 'The Kapil Sharma Show'  after a brawl between Sunil and Kapil Sharma took place mid-air.

Sunil Grover recently returned as his famous character Dr. Mashoor Gulati In ‘India’s Laughter Champion’. While speaking to The Hindustan Times about the same, the actor said, “I wanted to do it for myself. I enjoyed dressing up as Dr. Mashoor Gulati after a long time. It was just for one episode. That’s it, and I felt nice.”

Sunil will be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Jawan’ and in ‘Goodbye’ with Amitabh Bachchan.
