Vikrant Massey CONFIRMS Getting ENGAGED To Girlfriend Sheetal Thakur In Roka Ceremony

'Chhapaak' actor Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur are dating for quite some time now.

New Delhi: Actor Vikrant Massey is getting rave reviews for his performance in ALT Balaji’s ‘Broken But Beautiful 2’. The web series co-starring Harleen Sethi has received thumbs up for the fans and critics. Vikrant, who shot to fame after playing the role of Shyam in Colors TV’s ‘Balika Vadhu’, has always preferred to keep his personal life under wraps. Speculations were rife that Vikrant and his girlfriend Sheetal Thakur had a ‘secret’ roka ceremony last month. Vikrant, while talking to an entertainment portal, confirmed his engagement with his girlfriend Sheetal but chose to not divulge any details about the wedding. The ‘Mirzapur’ actor got engaged in a private ceremony in the presence of his loved ones. "I think I would like to speak about this at the right time, but yes we had a very small private function. I would talk about marriage and everything at the right time," Vikrant told Koimoi.

Interestingly, Vikrant and Sheetal have worked together in 'Broken But Beautiful 1'. They played a reel-life couple. Sheetal played the character of Alina aka Veer's (Vikrant Massey) dead wife in the web series.

On the professional front, Vikrant will be next seen in ‘Chhapaak’ opposite Deepika Padukone. The film, which is being directed by Meghna Gulzar, is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. It is slated to release on January 10, 2020. Vikrant, who has been appreciated for his roles in 'Lipstick Under My Burkha' and 'A Death In The Gunj', also has 'Ginny Weds Sunny' in his kitty. He will romance Yami Gautam in the upcoming flick.
