'Taare Zameen Par' boy Darsheel Safari is back with 'Quickie'

NEW DELHI: Remember the dyslexic child Ishaan Awasthi from Aamir Khan's 2007-flick 'Taare Zameen Par'? The child, who took the whole world by surprise years ago, is back again with a teenage love story 'Quickie'. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to share a poster of the film and announced, "Darsheel Safary to star in Quickie, a teenage love story. Pradip Atluri directs. Producers Tony D'Souza, Amul Vikas Mohan, Nitin Upadhyaya." Though not much information is there about the movie or its female lead, fans are waiting to see Darsheel's magic on screen, once again after a decade. On a related note, after ' Taare Zameen Par,' Darsheel worked in movies like ' Bumm Bumm Bole', ' Zokkomon' and 'Midnight's Children,' which were not big commercial successes. Later he tried his hands on theatre and debuted on commercial stage with director Abhishek Pattnaik's play 'Can I Help You?'
