Mumbai: The wait is finally over. The makers of 'Rashmi Rocket' have released the trailer of the much-awaited film, which will premiere on a leading OTT platform. Ronnie Screwvala`s RSVP & Mango People Media have joined hands to produce a gripping movie, which promises to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. 

'Rashmi Rocket', which is set against the backdrop of Kutch, focuses on the story of Rashmi. The young girl, who belongs to a small village, is blessed with a special gift. She is an incredible fast runner, who aspires to cross the finish line. However, life is not a bed of roses for Rashmi.

While fulfilling her dreams, she realizes that she has to face several hurdles in order to reach the finish line. Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, known for her acting prowess, is playing the titular role in the film. Her character fights for a personal battle for 'honour, respect and identity'.

As expected, the trailer has managed to create anticipation for the film. The impactful dialogues and riveting drama are the main highlights of the trailer. We have mention the scene where Taapsee Pannu holds the Tricolour. It will give you goosebumps.

Taapsee Pannu Opens Up On 'Rashmi Rocket'

  “This film is very differently special. I’ve always been approached when either the script or the director is ready to make the film but one line of this story fell in my lap in Chennai and then from there to it becoming a full fledged film has been a feeling I haven’t experienced with any other film before. Everyone was just so sure about the story from day 1 that it was never a tough job to convince any of the stakeholders to join hands and give their best for this film. Hence the result of this film will affect me a lot more than my other films. Also, I’m extremely proud of it,”  Taapsee said in a statement.

 Ronnie Screwvala, Neha Anand and Pranjal Khandhdiya have produced the film, which has been written by Nanda Periyasamy, Aniruddha Guha and Kanika Dhillon. The highly-anticipated flick will premiere on October 15 on ZEE5.
