'I Was In A Live-In-Relationship With Sushant Singh Rajput Which Ended On June 8': Rhea Chakraborty In Her Petition In SC

In her petition filed before Supreme Court, Rhea Chakraborty claimed that her live-in-relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput ended on June 8. Petition also claims that the actress received death and rape threats after SSR's demise.

New Delhi: Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s case took a new turn when his father KK Singh lodged an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and five other people. Singh alleged that the ‘Jalebi’ actress blackmailed his son and threatened to show his medical reports to the media. An FIR was registered against Rhea under sections of 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306, 506 and 120B of the IPC at Rajiv Nagar Police station, Patna. A four-member team from Bihar Police arrived in Mumbai to investigate the case. Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde moved the Supreme Court to seek transfer of the FIR from Bihar to Mumbai. ABP News has a copy of the petition which was filed by Rhea in the apex court. The ‘Chehre’ actress has claimed that her live-in-relationship with Sushant ended on June 8. Rhea also said in her petition that she was in a relationship with SSR for one year. She added that she went to her home on June 8 after ending her relationship. The petition also claimed that the ‘Raabta’ actor died due to depression. Rhea also said that she received rape and death threats after Sushant’s demise. She said that the case registered in Patna should be transferred to Mumbai. The ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ actress had earlier urged Home Minister Amit Shah to initiate a CBI probe into Sushant’s case. She addressed the ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actor as her boyfriend for the first time in her post. "Respected @amitshahofficial sir ,I’m sushant Singh Rajputs girlfriend Rhea chakraborty, it is now over a month since his sudden demise. I have complete faith in the government , however in the interest of justice , I request you with folded hands to initiate a CBI enquiry into this matter . I only want to understand what pressures prompted Sushant to take this step. Yours sincerely. Rhea Chakraborty," the post read.

Sushant's family members have filed a caveat before the Supreme Court on Thursday (July 30) a day after Rhea moved the SC and sought transfer of FIR from Bihar to Mumbai. Watch this space for more updates!
