Veteran actor & UPCC president Raj Babbar younger son Prateik Babbar, who made his Bollywood debut with the hit film 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Naa' featuring Imran Khan and Genelia D'souza in lead roles, is all set to tie the knot with girlfriend & BSP leader Pawan Sagar's daughter Sanya Sagar in Lucknow today (23rd January). Last year on the occasion of Basant Panchami in January, the couple got engaged and now they are finally taking their relationship to the next level by getting married. Various pictures from the couple pre-wedding rituals are doing the rounds on Internet in which Prateik and Sanya are all smiles. For the ceremonies, Prateik wore a white kurta with churidaar pants whereas bride-to-be Sanya looked gorgeous in a mustard gown. Post tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Prateik and Sanya will host a wedding reception in Mumbai. For the uninitiated, Prateik and Sanya have known each other for almost a decade and are in relationship since last two years only. On the professional front, Prateik featured in films like 'Dhobi Ghaat', 'Dum Maro Dum', 'Aarakshan', ''Ekk Deewana Tha' among others after 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na'. Following a battle with substance abuse in 2013, Babbar took a break from movies as he went to rehab. After gaining sobriety, Prateik made his Bollywood comeback with Tiger Shroff & Disha Patani's 'Baaghi 2' last year. POst which, he was also seen in 'Mulk' and 'Mitron'. He will next be seen in Nitesh Tiwari's 'Chhichhore' featuring Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles. Stay tuned for more updates!
