NCB Official Confirms Reports Of Deepika Padukone's Top Co-Stars Being Summoned Are 'False’

An investigating officer from the NCB has reportedly refuted claims that Deepika Padukone's co-stars will be summoned in the Bollywood druge probe.

From the last few days, various online reports claimed that after Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh, few male actors including a popular superstar are on the radar on NCB next in wake of the on-going Bollywood drug probe. Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Dino Morea & Arjun Rampal To Be Summoned By NCB In Drug Probe: Report However, the Narcotics Control Bureau has rubbished reports about Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone’s co-stars being on their radar for their alleged involvement in the drug probe that emerged out of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. According to a report in TOI, a senior official of the NCB said, "False" when he was asked if there was any truth to the viral media reports about these “superstars” being next in line for questioning. He stated, “Do you want me to comment on false stories some of the media is reporting?" Earlier, another news surrounding the four actresses and NCB was termed as false. It was being reported that the investigating agency has 'almost' given a clean chit to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh. However, an official stated, "The news article mentioning that the drugs law enforcement agency giving a clean chit to those examined by NCB is devoid of the facts and truth.”
