Mumbai Rave Party Case | Aryan Khan & Two Others Sent To NCB Custody Till Monday: ANI

Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have been sent to NCB custody till October 4, according to ANI.

Mumbai: A Metropolitan Magistrate court has sent Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha  to NCB custody till Monday (October 4) in connection with a raid at an alleged rave party on a cruise, according to ANI. The three were produced before a court after undergoing a medical examination at a government hospital in Mumbai. 

The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Aryan and two others in connection with the seizure of drugs onboard a luxury Goa-bound cruise. The anti-drugs law enforcement agency has booked Aryan under relevant sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) for alleged possession and consumption of banned narcotics, another report in PTI said. 

 

The three will be produced again before the magistrate court on Monday for their judicial custody in connection with the case, the NCB said.

 
The NCB, which busted an alleged rave party on the Mumbai-Goa cruise, sought a custody of the three till October 5, as per ANI. The agency grilled eight people in connection with the alleged rave party that they attended on Saturday (October 2) night
 
 

NCB Issues Memo Of Arrest

The federal agency issued a 'Memo of Arrest' after arresting Aryan Khan for alleged consumption, sale, and purchase of narcotic substances. In its note, the NCB said that the star kid was arrested under the NDPS Act for his 'involvement in the consumption, sale and purchase of contraband', according to a report in IANS.
 
As per the memo, Aryan said that he understood 'the grounds of his arrest' in the case and informed his family members about the same.

Aryan, Munmun and Arbaz were among eight people, who were detained by the NCB since Sunday morning.

The other accused- Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were arrested later on Sunday. They will be produced before the court on Monday after the NCB conducts their medical check-up, as per a tweet on ANI's Twitter handle.
 

The dramatic busting of the alleged rave party has set several tongues wagging.
