Jolie, Pitt sell New Orleans home for USD 4.9 million

Los Angeles: Former power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have sold their New Orleans home for USD 4.9 million. The property was purchased by the exes back in 2007 in the wake of Hurricane Katrina for USD 3.5 million shortly after creating the Make It Right Foundation, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The organization was established with an aim to boost real estate development. The property over 7,500-square-feet has three stories. The house comprises of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Back in September, Jolie filed for divorce from her husband of two years citing "irreconcilable differences". The two had been together since 2004. According to court documents, Jolie, 41, is currently seeking physical custody of their six kids and not seeking spousal support.
