Mumbai: Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan, who is gearing up for the release of ‘Dhamaka’, promoted his much-awaited film on the sets of ‘Bigg Boss 15’. The ‘Luka Chuppi’ actor interacted with Salman Khan on several topics including films and work. The duo had a blast as they discussed Aryan’s role as a journalist in Ram Madhavi’s action thriller, which will premiere on a leading OTT platform.

Salman, while playing the game of rapid fire with Kartik, made an interesting revelation. He asked the ‘Love Aaj Kal’ star to guess his profession if he didn’t work as an actor. Aaryan replied, “Sir aap actor na hote, toh hum kya karte? (What would we do if you weren’t an actor?”)  

B-town's Bhaijaan revealed that he would pursue a career in direction if he didn’t act in films. "Toh phir aap Salman Khan the director ke saath kaam karte aur Salman Khan aapka competition nahi hota (You would work with Salman Khan-the director and then, I wouldn’t be your competition),” he told Aaryan. 

Kartik was quick enough to respond with a cheeky reply. He said, “Sir, sign kar lijiye. (Sign me for the project.)” The duo enjoyed a hearty laugh on the subject afterwards.

Kartik Aaryan will be seen as a journalist Arjun Pathak in ‘Dhamaka’. The film co-starring Mrunal Thakur and Amruta Subhash will premiere directly on Netflix on November 19, 2021. 

The trailer and the newly released song ‘Khoya Paaya’ have received a good response from the audience and now all eyes are on the film’s release.
