Vikas took to his Instagram page yesterday to post a picture 6 days late from the awards held in Bangkok that has Rekha with her folded hands greeting him at the event. ALSO - Vikas Gupta remembers his ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ debut days posing with Mouni Roy in Bangkok Vikas clad in a white tuxedo while Rekha as ever mesmerizing in her golden saree stand infront of each other and here's what the 'Puncch Beat' producer had to say about this pic. He wrote - "Here is My Moment With the Diva #Rekha . What I learnt in this meeting in invaluable . The reason to choose this pic was to share with you the humility of a legend and her beautiful way of being kind and respectful to the other person . #Iifa2018 is going to make you fall in love with movies and bollywood all over again . Do not forget to watch it and watch her perform like magic @colorstv @wizcraft_india  @iifa  #legend #Rekha #thailand  #vikasgupta #grateful  #bollywood  #thingstodo P.S. Mom was so so angry that she couldn’t meet her RekhaJi cause she had flown down from Mumbai to see her perform . Which she got to do ❤️"
We cannot agree more with Vikas there! After Rekha had performed on stage, the Bollywood contemporaries like Varun Dhawan were left in awe with her beautiful dance act she did on her iconic songs including Madhubala's 'Jab Pyar Kiya to darna kya..' and he too wrote an emotional message with a picture on-stage with her. He wrote - "REKHAaji showed everyone last night how actors are suppose to perform. An absolute honour to watch her live. @iifa#legend. Thank you for the inspiring words"
The stars of Bollywood present at IIFA 2018, Varun, Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Karan Johar, Kartik Aryan and others, had joined Rekh in the end on stage and there were some super adorable moments captured here which went viral on social media.
The IIFA awards will be aired on Colors Tv channel and the biggest highlight this year is Rekhaji's magical performance. Stay tuned to Filmy Monkey for all updates.
