CBI Completes Its Probe In Sushant Singh Rajput Case, Likely To Submit Closure Report Soon!

If sources close to CBI probing into the death case of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput are to be believed then the agency has completed its investigation and is likely to submit its closure report to a CBI court in Patna in the next few days. According to a report in Zeenews.com, sources close to the premier investigating agency said on Wednesday (October 14, 2020) that the agency has completed its probe. According to sources, the CBI has so far ruled out any conspiracy or foul play, however, the court may decide the further course of action in the allegations against Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Sushant was found dead in his apartment on June 14. Mumbai Police initially probed the case and declared that the actor had committed suicide. The case has subsequently been taken over by CBI, with Narcotics Control Bureau and Enforcement Directorate joining the investigation. Earlier on Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out searches at four locations linked to filmmaker Dinesh Vijan in connection with its probe into the money laundering angle in the Rajput's death case. he ED has questioned several people, including Chakraborty, her brother Showik and father Indrajit. Meanwhile, throughout Wednesday, fans of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput kept speculating why his sister Shweta Singh Kirti has deleted her Twitter and Instagram accounts. While Shweta had temporarily deactivated her unverified Twitter and verified Instagram accounts, the same were subsequently restored. The late actor's California-based sister also offered an explanation with a statement shared on Twitter apologising to Sushant's fans. She wrote: "Sorry, there were multiple log in attempts being made on my social media accounts so had to deactivate them."
