BellBottom: Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor & Others Complete Shoot, All Set To Return To India

BellBottom: Akshay Kumar shared a picture to inform his fans that the shooting for his upcoming film has been completed.

New Delhi: Akshay Kumar’s ‘BellBottom’ has been making waves ever since the project was announced. The upcoming spy thriller became the first flick to start and finish its shooting amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The cast and crew of ‘BellBottom’ flew to Scotland in August 2020 to commence shooting for the much-awaited flick. The makers of the movie took all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the actors and crew members. Akshay Kumar, who is playing the lead role in ‘BellBottom’, took to social media to inform his fans that the shooting for the film has been completed. The ‘Rustom’ actor expressed his gratitude after wrapping up the shoot during the Coronavirus pandemic. He added that the film’s cast and crew will return to India soon. “Mission accomplished! After a long but fruitful schedule, grateful to have shot and completed #Bellbottom during the pandemic ! Now its time to head back #JetSetGo,” the ‘PadMan’ actor wrote.

Akshay had unveiled a new poster of ‘BellBottom’ on Thursday (October 1) on social media. The ‘Good Newwz’ actor’s look created a lot of buzz among the movie buffs. “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. Its teamwork and I am grateful to each and every member of the cast and crew. #BellBottomCompleted. Here’s the poster,” Kumar wrote while sharing the poster.

If a recent report in Pinkvilla is to be believed, the makers of 'Bell Bottom' are planning to release the teaser of the film on October 4. The report said that it was Akshay Kumar and Jackky Bhagnani's idea to unveil the teaser almost six months before the film's release. ‘Bellbottom’, produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani, will hit the silver screens on April 2, 2021. The movie co-starring Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta has been directed  by Ranjit M Tewari. Watch this space for more updates!
