New Delhi: Hailing from the district of Amritsar, Punjab, Akshay Kumar is one of the most successful Bollywood actors. In a career spanning over 29 years, the ‘Pad Man’ actor has starred in almost 113 films. Akshay set off his foot in the film industry with the 1991 film ‘Saugandh’ and since then he never turned back and kept on climbing the ladders of success on his own. The ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor got married to the love of his life Twinkle Khanna in January 2001. The couple has been blessed with two lovely kids. Today, on the occasion of her husband’s birthday, Twinkle Khanna, popularly known as 'Mrs Funny Bones', took to her Instagram handle and wished the 'Rustom' actor. She shared a picture with the ‘Bell Bottom’ star and also two birthday cards made by their children- Nitara and Aarav Kumar. While sharing the picture, her caption read, “A small celebration for the big boy’s birthday!”

The birthday boy Akshay Kumar is however busy shooting for his next film ‘Bell Bottom’ in Scotland with other actors including Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and others. The ‘Housefull’ actor is also all set to launch an action game FAU-G after the government banned the popular multiplayer action game PUBG. The actor is known for doing his bit for the society especially the army men. So, under the mentorship of Akshay Kumar, 20% of its net proceeds will be donated to ‘Bharat Ke Veer Trust’ which gives homage and support to India’s brave hearts. The ‘Airlift’ actor took to his social media to announce the launch of the game. He wrote, “Supporting PM @narendramodi’s Atma Nirbhar movement, proud to present a multiplayer action game, Fearless And United - Guards FAU-G. Besides entertainment, players will also learn about the sacrifices of our soldiers. 20% of the net revenue generated will be donated to #BharatKeVeer Trust #FAUG @vishygo #nCoreGames”

Speaking on the professional front, Akshay Kumar will be next seen starring in ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘Laxmmi Bomb’, ‘Atrangi Re’, ‘Bell Bottom’, ‘Hera Pheri 3’, ‘Bachchan Pandey’.
