Mirzapur 2, Amazon Prime Release LIVE Updates: The much-awaited season two of Mirzapur has been released few hours before the scheduled date.

When 'Mirzapur' was launched on Amazon Prime Video on November 16, 2018, the makers didn't expect the series to break all viewership records. The action crime thriller web series managed to impress the audience, all thanks its ensemble cast, intriguing storyline. The ardent fans of 'Mirzapur' couldn't help but crave for more after binge-watching the show several times. The series revolved around guns, violence, drugs mafia and lawlessness and focused on the rule of mafia dons.

Pankaj Tripathi's impeccable performance as Kaleen Bhaiya stole the limelight from others. Fans often compared his character with Vito Corleone from 'Godfather'. Tripathi's role as Kaleen Bhaiya reminded the fans of Marlon Brando's Vito Corleone as both characters left an strong impact on the audience.

Giving fans a pre-Diwali gift, Amazon Prime Video launched Excel Entertainment's 'Mirzapur 2' on October 22, few hours before the scheduled date. The series will be available for streaming from October 23 on the leading OTT platform. Fans are finding it difficult to curb their excitement and they have already started the countdown for the same.

The second season of 'Mirzapur' has been directed Gurmmeet Singh & Mihir Desai. Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar have produced the series under their banner Excel Entertainment.
