'Liger': Vijay Deverakonda Teaches Ananya Panday How To Whistle In 'Akdi Pakdi' Song Poster

After breaking the internet with the first look poster of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s film ‘Liger’, the makers have now dropped the new poster of the film’s song ‘Akdi Padki’.

New Delhi: After breaking the internet with the first look poster of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s film ‘Liger’, the makers have now dropped the new poster of the film’s song ‘Akdi Padki’.

In the poster, Vijay is seen teaching Ananya how to whistle. Sharing the poster, the producer Karan Johar wrote, "Giving you a little gist of what’s coming your way in 50 days. Let's Celebrate with some Massssss Music! AKDI PAKDI 1st song- July 11th Promo on July 8th".

'Akdi Pakdi' teaser will release on Friday, July 8, while the full song will be out on July 11.

Vijay also shared the poster on his Instagram handle and wrote, “50 Days to Release Let's Celebrate with some Massssss Music! AKDI PAKDI 1st song - July 11th Promo on July 8th #Liger #LigerOnAug25th (sic)."

Vijay will be seen playing an MMA artist in the film that marks his debut in the Hindi film industry.  Directed by Puri Jagannadh, ‘Liger’ also marks the Bollywood debut of former American professional boxer Mike Tyson. Mike will play reportedly play Vijay’s coach in the film.

On July 2, the actor shared his first look from the film where he can be seen all nude, holding a bunch of roses. It got the fastest 1 million likes of any Indian film poster and trended for over 24 hours on one social media platform. Various female fans changed their surnames on Instagram to include 'Deverakonda' as a way to show their love for the star.

Liger will release on August 25, 2022, in multiple languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
