Kim Kardashian Slammed For Wearing 'Om' Earrings: ‘Om Is A Sacred Symbol, Not Your Aesthetic’

Kim Kardashian was recently accused of violating California labour laws, in the wake of a legal suit filed by 7 of her former staff members.

Reality TV star and a Billionaire Kim Kardashian has been accused of cultural appropriation over her latest pictures where she can be seen wearing ‘Om’ shaped earrings while promoting her brand.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' fame shared the set of stunning pictures on her social media page only to draw criticism from several fans.

The 40-year-old has been called out for using the sacred symbol as an accessory. Many social media users lashed out at her, check out some of the reactions below.

Last year, too Kim was slammed by Indian fans for sporting traditional ‘maang teeka’ for photoshoot.

On a related note, Recently, Kim was sued seven of her former members of staff at her Hidden Hills residence.

Kim was accused of violating California labour laws, in the wake of a legal suit filed by her staff who accused her of holding back taxes from their wages but not handing over the amounts to the government.

Meanwhile Kim has denied all such allegations.

Kim said in a statement: "Wage theft and other workplace violations are a widespread problem in Los Angeles. My firm is currently investigating other potential violations against these defendants, as well as other powerful families and businesses on behalf of everyday workers."
