It all began with when a fan asked the actor, "Khaana khaaya kya bhai?( Did you have food brother)" To whichh Shah Rukh Khan's quick-witted reply came, "Kyun bhai aap Swiggy se ho….bhej doge kya??( Why brother? Are you from Swiggy, will you send food over?"Seeing the exchange on Twitter, Swiggy's official handle on Twitter did what they know best. Yes, they offered to send food to SRK.
