Farhan Akhtar-Shibani Dandekar To Get Married On February 21 In A Simple Wedding, Confirms Javed Akhtar

Shibani Dandekar met the Bollywood producer and actor, Farhan Akhtar while he was anchoring the TV show 'I Can Do That.' Dandekar was a part of this entertaining show. At this point, reports started to make rounds that Dandekar was dating Akhtar.
In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Farhan's father and veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar confirmed that the wedding is taking place on February 21. He told Bombay Times, "Yes, the wedding is taking place. He further added, " Keeping in mind the safety norms, the wedding will be a low-key affair said Javed Akhtar".
Farhan and Shibani will have a court wedding on 21st Feb, followed by a small ceremony with their close friends and family.

For the unversed, Farhan Akhtar was earlier married to hairstylist, Adhuna. They got divorced in 2016 after 16 years of their marriage. The ex-couple separated on good terms, always wishing one another well. They are co-parenting their daughters, Shakya and Akira. Shibani, on the other hand, shares a warm bond with Farhan's daughters.
