Divyanka Tripathi To Host Crime Patrol’s Special Series ‘Women Against Crime’

New Delhi: Television actress Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya is all set to host a special series of the popular Television show ‘Crime Patrol’. The series is titled ‘Women Against Crime’ where the episodes will supposedly focus on how women have been fighting the wrongdoing against and around them. They shared a promo of the actress rapping about the cruelties that women have to face irrespective of the age group. “Na sehmegi, na daregi, na rukegi, Jaag Jaag Nari Tu! Ek aurat par vaar, ab har aurat ka bhaar. Dekhiye #CrimePatrolSatark ki nayi peshkash, #WomenAgainstCrimes Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya ke saath, 21st December se Mon-Fri raat 11 baje sirf Sony TV par. @divyankatripathidahiya”, shared Sony TV.
Divyanka also took to her Instagram account and shared the promo. Her caption read, “Time to wake up women. Jaag Jaag naari tu! Sound track sung by me! Tell me how do you find it?”
Reportedly, this new chapter ‘Women Against Crime’ would mostly run for around four-six weeks. A source told Indian Express, “The cases that will be a part of the series will not only show the various crimes against women in India but also highlight how one can fight them. As a narrator, Divyanka will be talking about various signs that one should be careful about, in reference to these cases. She will also promote the importance of filing cases, as that can help them get justice legally.” Reportedly Divyanka has already started shooting for the series. This show will air Monday to Friday on Sony TV starting December 21, 2020.
