Centre Releases Detailed SOP For Resuming Shooting Of Films, TV Serials Amid Covid-19 Pandemic

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has released detailed precautionary measures to be followed by production houses for shooting amid Coronavirus spread.

New Delhi: Union Minister of Information & Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar has released the detailed Standard operating procedure for resuming shootings of films, TV serial and other media production. ALSO READ | Foreigners Of Tablighi Jamaat Event Made 'Scapegoats And Virtually Persecuted', HC Quashes 29 FIRs As the country continues to battle the Coronavirus crisis, the union government is gradually working towards resuming economic activities across different sectors. The centre has allowed for shootings to resume and has released preventive precautions that need to be followed for the same. Here Are The SOPs As Released By MIB For Media Production Image Image Image ALSO READ | MHA Issues SOP For International Travel, Air Bubble Travellers Need Not Register With Indian Missions Meanwhile, the ministry of home affairs (MHA) has also issued Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) for international travel on non-scheduled commercial flights under the Vande Bharat Scheme and Air Transport Bubble arrangement. According to the SOP, persons wanting to travel to India on Vande Bharat flights will register themselves with the Indian missions in the country where they are stranded/residing, along with necessary details as prescribed by the ministry of external affairs (MEA). While people coming to India on flights operating under air-bubble arrangements will not need to register themselves with the Indian missions. WATCH | How challenging is Sushant death case for CBI?
